What it does

Generates SMPTE LTC / BWF timecode files — single, batch (one file per downbeat across a span), or one continuous file — at any frame rate, drop or non-drop, rendered at the exact rate (no rounding).
The timecode DSP is independently verified (exhaustive 24-hour drop-frame round-trip + an independent biphase decode).
Streams real-time LTC locked to a public global timecode — UTC-disciplined, lock to it over HTTP — so productions can stay in sync across locations.
Ships a free, keyless JavaScript SDK (dropframe.js, MIT) for developers to lock to the global timecode in ~2 lines.
